Our client, a reputable company in the oil and gas industry, operating in the upstream sector and based in the Niger Delta region, requires applications from
suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following vacant position:
1. SCAFFOLDING TRAINERS – (REF: TR 101)
The right candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring on the job (OJT) and classroom based training of Nigerian employees in the
scaffolding work group with the aim of meeting the job competency required by our client.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE.
1. SCAFFOLDING INSTRUCTORS/TRAINERS
QUALIFICATIONS.
a) HND in Mechanical Engineering with Accredited Advanced Scaffolder Certificate equivalent to UK standards.
b) Assessors/Trainer certificate from a recognized professional body similar to NVQ or CIBT
EXPERIENCE.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in the petrochemical or similar process industry, 5 years of this time must have been spent in a supervisory position.
Must be computer literate.
